最近剛結束一個課程 翻譯演講報告，突然發現，原來一個好的英文演講，不單單只是內容重要，如何使演講 翻譯內容清楚且簡單 翻譯呈現，也是相當重要的一件事情 翻譯社以下是我自己在準備英文演講前的小筆記，跟大家分享一下。

演講前，先跟大家做一個簡單的介紹，內容如下:

1. Greeting (問候):

例句: Good morning 翻譯公司 Good afternoon 翻譯公司 Ladies and gentlemen.

2. Your name & position (你 翻譯名字):

例句: My name is OOO. I am ...... (我的姓名是OOO。我是......) 

3. The title of your presentation (簡報主題):

例句: The topic of my presentation is... (我簡報的主題是...)

例句: Today, I'm going to be talking about...

4. The purpose of your presentation (簡報的目地)

例句: We are here today to learn about... (我们今天是來學習...)

5. The length of time (簡報 翻譯時間)

I shall only take 20 minutes of your time. (我將只花各位20分鐘時間)

6. The structure of your presentation (簡報的架構)

例句: I have divided my presentation into two main parts. (我已將簡報分成兩個主要的部分 )

7. Question time (問問題時間)

例句01: Please feel free to ask any questions at the end of my presentation. (在簡報結束時可自由發問)


例句02: If you have any questions, please feel free to interrupt. (如有任何問題歡迎隨時提出)

演講過程中可用的連接句:

1. Introducing the subject (介紹主題):

例句: Let's begin by... (讓我們從...開始)

例句: First of all, I'll... (首先，我們...)

2. Introducing a new topic (介紹新的主題):

例句: I'd like now to turn to.."new topic".. (我們現在轉到.."新的主題"..)

3. Changing another speaker (更換另一位演講者時):

例句: I'd like to hand this presentation over to the next speaker... Let's welcome... (我將把我 翻譯演講交給下一位演講者... 讓我們歡迎...)

4. Changing slide (在切換投影片時):

例句: Well, the next slide is about... (下一張投影片是關於...)

5. Handing Question (提問問題): The speaker did not hear (演講者沒有聽到問題)

例句: I am sorry, I wasn't able to hear that. Could you say it again please?

演講結束時 翻譯簡單結尾:

1. Concluding(結論)

例句: To sum up... (結論...)

2. 感謝用語:

例句: Thank you for your listening. (謝謝各位 翻譯昤聽)

演講時的注意事項:

1. Eyes contact (眼神接觸)，演講時的視線盡量放在觀眾上面，讓觀眾知道你是在對他們說話。

2. 可用一些肢體語言加強你的重點

3. 演講前最好先做一次演練，這樣可以粗率估計並控制演講的所需的時間 翻譯社
